Account settings

Change your password

To modify your account password, click on the round profile icon on the upper right side. Select Account Settings, then scroll down to Password in the window that popped up.

Your new password must be at least 8 characters long. 

 

Upload or change your user picture

To upload or change your user avatar, click on the round profile icon on the upper right-hand side. Select Account Settings, then click on your current user picture to change it. You’ll be able to select a file from your hard drive. You can upload a file up to 3 mo, in jpg or png formats.

Update your email address(es)

Primary email - your account email

You can easily update your account email address in the settings. This is the one you use for logging in to your Bridge workspace(s).


In your Account Settings, locate and select the "Edit" icon next to your primary email address. After updating your email address, enter your password for security verification, and finally, click on the “update” icon to confirm and implement the changes.

 


Secondary email address(es)

When sharing a file by email, you might find it necessary to use an email address other than your primary one. Secondary email addresses serve this exact purpose, you can add as many as you want!

 

To add secondary email addresses, navigate to the "Account Settings" and locate the "Add email address" option below the "Secondary email" section. Enter your email address and click on “Add”.

Prior to utilizing this email address, you'll be required to verify it (we’ll send you an email to do so).
