# Move content & files

You can move any content across and between [workspaces](https://knowledge.bridge.audio/en/what-is-a-workspace-cc84b50a90744b1594031fbfa3b02804?hsLang=en). It works not only with single audio files, but also with entire [projects](https://knowledge.bridge.audio/en/what-is-a-project?hsLang=en), media (photos, videos, docs...) included.

#### **You can always copy or move files, within the same workspace, or in-between workspaces. Here’s how it works**

- #### **Move files within the same workspace :**

 1. Select the track(s) you want to move and click on the icon “**Add to…"**

2\. In the opening window, select a destination project and click on “**Copy**” or "**Move**"

You can also create a new project from that Add to... modal by click on the new project icon :

- **Copy to** will make a copy on the destination workspace, but also keep the files in the original workspace.
- **Move to** will delete the files from the original workspace

 

- #### **To the library of another workspace**

Only if you have more than one workspace

Follow exactly the same process. Select the track(s), project, artist or album that you want to move.

When you look at the window with all your projects, click on the **arrow icon** on the top left corner of the window:

Then Select the destination workspace and click on “**Copy to**” or “**Move to**”

❓ **Can I add my tracks to another workspace?**   
Yes! You can select the track(s) you want to Add to…, click on Add to… from a track list of the action bar. That’ll give you access to the list of projects in your current workspace. If you want to add tracks to another workspace library, you can click on your workspace logo, to have access to your list of workspaces, where you can add you tracks to.
