You can access the settings of your workspace by clicking on the upper left side of your screen, right on your workspace name.
Settings are divided into different sections:
- General
- To get details on storage usage
- To set a default contact information for what you share on hubs
- To add, change, or remove a workspace logo
- To change workspace name
- To delete the workspace.
- Members
- To view the list of members on the workspace, and their role
- To invite new members
- To remove members
- To change the role of specific members
- To transfer ownership of the workspace to a specific member
- Manage tags
- To create new custom tags
- To edit or delete existing custom tags.
- Billing (only available to workspace owner and admin(s))
- To access payment and billing information
- To upgrade your plan - To edit your payment method
- To download invoices
- To cancel your subscription
Delete workspace
You can delete a workspace only if you are the owner. You’ll find the button at the bottom of the General section of settings. Your password will be required to confirm this action, as it is definitive.
❓ How to upload or change my workspace logo?
To upload or change your workspace logo, click on the downward arrow next to your workspace name on the upper left side. Select Workspace Settings, then under “Workspace information” click on the current picture/logo to change it. You’ll be able to select a file from your hard drive. You can upload a file up to 3 MB, in JPG or PNG formats.
